ABOUT YOUR INSTRUCTOR, DEBBIE.
Movement has been at the heart of my life for as long as I can remember, and I genuinely love what I do. I feel incredibly grateful to support and encourage people at every stage of their life.
My passion lies in helping others experience the immense mental, physical, and physiological benefits of movement, whether through yoga, pilates, or gentle mother and baby sessions.
I began my journey in my mid-twenties as a fitness instructor, and since then I have trained with both the Iyengar Yoga and British Wheel of Yoga schools. I am a fully qualified Level 3 Pilates instructor, and hold a Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification.
Throughout my life’s journey, I have worked extensively with babies and young children - both as a registered childminder and through teaching swimming. This experience has naturally shaped my approach to mother and baby sessions, allowing me to create classes that are safe, supportive, and relaxed for both parent and child.
My aim is simple: to help you feel stronger, calmer, and more connected to your body - wherever you are on your journey.
