Refund Policy

Refund & Transfer Policy

All class bookings are non-refundable. However, we understand that plans can change. If you are unable to attend a class you have booked, you may transfer your booking to another available class, provided the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

Transfer requests made within 24 hours of the class start time cannot be accommodated, and the booking will be forfeited.

To request a class transfer, please email lotushealthsupport@gmail.com with your booking details and preferred alternative class date and time. Transfers are subject to availability.
