Mother & Baby
Classes

Our Mother & Baby classes run on a Wednesday and Friday. Sessions offer a supportive, feel-good workout designed to help you rebuild strength, improve pelvic floor and boost energy - all while your baby stays close by.

We offer either cardio-based sessions on a Wednesday, or pilates-based sessions on a Friday, giving you variety while keeping everything safe and postnatal-friendly.

Pilates sessions focus on core strength, pelvic floor recovery and alignment, while cardio sessions include low-impact circuits to work the whole body using controlled movements.

​All exercises are adaptable to suit postnatal bodies and different fitness levels. Babies are welcome to relax on mats, join in for cuddles, or watch as you move.

 

Expect a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere with expert guidance, flexibility for feeds and breaks, and a chance to connect with other mums during the last 15 minutes - no pressure and no judgement. 

All of our mother and baby exercise classes take place in beautiful park halls of Solihull. After your 45 minute workout, receive a complimentary tea or coffee, and enjoy a stroll around the park with your little one.
